Much like the Pats, the Green Bay Packers have enjoyed an October resurgence. With a vertical passing attack, they look primed to exploit an appalling Detroit Lions team. But, if there’s any offense comfortable and familiar with a shootout, it’s the Lions. In an NFC North with four potential playoff teams, it takes on added importance.
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Sunday slate closes with the still-undefeated Kansas City Chiefs headed into Seattle to face the defending Super Bowl champions, who are facing serious questions. The worst of Sam Darnold showed up in Week 6, with the offense’s imbalance and inability to protect Darnold costing the Seahawks. If they can’t give the Chiefs their best, they’ll find themselves in a deep hole in the NFC West.

NFL Week 6 Power Rankings 2026
1. San Francisco 49ers
Despite a late surge from the Washington Commanders, the 49ers stayed perfect in Week 6, and with the Seahawks and Rams both struggling, in command of the NFC West.
2. Buffalo Bills
The Bills got the Las Vegas Raiders’ best on Sunday, but they also got the best out of Josh Allen’s absurd mastery. A touchdown that will headline his Hall of Fame sizzle reel down the road highlighted Buffalo’s win in the desert.
3. Kansas City Chiefs
The undefeated Chiefs came out of the bye and navigated a lifeless L.A. Chargers team. Now, they head to the Pacific Northwest for a prime-time clash against the struggling Seahawks.
4. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jags were on the losing end of one of the best international games in recent memory, but they remain a complete team capable of contending.
5. New England Patriots
The Pats delivered a C- effort against the New York Jets, and still won comfortably despite a late Jets effort. Last year’s AFC champions are well and truly back, in a wide open conference.
6. Minnesota Vikings
The league’s best defense gets a beautiful spot fresh out of the bye week, going to a pathetic Indianapolis Colts team that just lost to Cam Ward and the Tennessee Titans.
7. Chicago Bears
Caleb Williams was back on Sunday, and so too were the Bears we expected this season. A masterful performance out of the quarterback was a reminder Chicago can hang with any team in the league.
8. Green Bay Packers
Rounding out a trio of NFC North teams is a resurgent Packers team that looked dead just a few weeks ago. With both Josh Jacobs and Micah Parsons’ returns looming, Green Bay has already heated up, with its best yet to come.
9. Seattle Seahawks
A nightmarish Sam Darnold showing on Thursday Night Football has put the Seahawks on their heels in the NFC West. A backs-against-the-wall spot awaits, as the undefeated Chiefs head to Seattle in Week 7.
10. Baltimore Ravens
A loss to the surprisingly competitive Cleveland Browns isn’t a great look, but the Ravens get a bit of forgiveness due to Lamar Jackson’s absence.
