NFL Week 4 Betting Odds & Picks

NFL betting lines are tightening heading into Week 4, and the latest BET99 NFL odds feature a trio of exciting upcoming matchups.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Cincinnati Bengals

  • Spread: Bengals -2.5 (-110)

  • Moneyline: Jaguars +120/Bengals -140

  • Over/Under: 51 (-110)

  • Time: Sunday, October 4 at 1:00 p.m. ET

A loaded Sunday slate in Week 4 will get started with an all-AFC clash between two high-powered offenses. While the Jacksonville Jaguars’ defense is, at this point, minted in its solidity, it’ll be a good stress test for an improved Cincinnati Bengals defense. A potential shootout, and rematch in January, looms.

Denver Broncos vs. San Francisco 49ers

  • Spread: 49ers -2.5 (-115)

  • Moneyline: Broncos +125/49ers -145

  • Over/Under: 46.5 (-110)

  • Time: Sunday, October 4 at 4:25 p.m. ET

The Denver Broncos’ thankless schedule to begin the season continues with a trip to the Bay on Sunday, as the undefeated San Francisco 49ers play host. The Niners continue to see key contributors go down and yet, keep rolling amid a Kyle Shanahan coaching masterclass. Fresh off one of the best games of his career, Brock Purdy will get a stiff test from a Broncos defense that has fully clicked after Week 1’s letdown.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Las Vegas Raiders

  • Spread: Chiefs -4 (-115)

  • Moneyline: Chiefs -220/Raiders +190

  • Over/Under: 48.0 (-110)

  • Time: Sunday, October 4 at 4:25 p.m. ET

One of the surprises of the season is the undefeated Las Vegas Raiders, with a minor Kirk Cousins revival underway in the desert. Now, they’ll get their toughest matchup yet with the similarly undefeated Kansas City Chiefs headed to Vegas. Klint Kubiak has done no wrong in his young career as the Raiders’ head coach, but keeping pace with this revamped Chiefs offense is the biggest test yet.

NFL Week 3 Power Rankings 2026

1. Buffalo Bills

The Bills got a scare from the still-winless L.A. Chargers in Week 3, but despite a wave of turnovers, Josh Allen and co. navigated an ugly game and stayed undefeated.

2. Kansas City Chiefs

It remains to be seen how much, if anything, you can take away from a win over the Miami Dolphins… but the Chiefs handled their business and kept rolling, as a new look offense thrives at Arrowhead.

3. Seattle Seahawks

An upset loss at the hands of Marcus Mariota and the Washington Commanders isn’t how Sam Darnold’s return was supposed to go. But, the Seahawks have plenty of credit in the bank, and with the Bolts headed to Seattle in Week 4, the champs have a perfect spot to rebound.

4. Denver Broncos

In consecutive weeks, the Broncos have slowed the scorching Jaguars and then seen off a resurgent Rams team, albeit with a pair of generous calls. Bo Nix and the offense still have some maddening moments, but it’s easy to buy into the foundation of this Denver team.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jags rebounded from the end of their regular-season win streak in excellent fashion, completely suffocating a lost New England Patriots team on both sides of the ball. While their divisional foe Houston Texans falter, the Jags look like a true AFC contender.

6. L.A. Rams

Sean McVay and the Rams were left on tilt after a maddening loss in primetime to the Broncos, but questionable calls or not, it’s a game they likely close out if they had Myles Garrett to call upon off the edge. It’s been a funky start to 2026 for L.A., but there’s little cause for concern.

7. San Francisco 49ers

The Arizona Cardinals hung around longer than they would have liked, but Brock Purdy was in complete control in a masterful performance to keep the 49ers undefeated.

8. Baltimore Ravens

The seven-second game will now go down in Ravens lore, after they went to Brazil and left with a famous win. A high-powered Dallas Cowboys offense was able to dice up the Ravens’ defense, but with single digits left on the clock, Lamar Jackson reminded everyone just how dangerous he and their offense can be.

9. Minnesota Vikings

Carson Wentz or Kyler Murray, it doesn’t matter… the Vikings are rolling. Getting enough out of their offense while Brian Flores continues to prove he’s one of the biggest difference-making coordinators around the league makes Minnesota into a tough out for every team, regardless of who’s under center.

10. Cincinnati Bengals

Getting drawn into a shootout with Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3 was unexpected, but even in a loss, it’s easy to buy into these Bengals. A competent defense, paired with Joe Burrow and an explosive offense, will keep them in contention as long as it lasts.
